Anna’s Christmas Cider

1 gallon apple juice 1 gallon cranberry juice cocktail 8 cinnamon sticks 2 t. whole cloves 1 c. brown sugar 1 t. salt
1. Bring juices to a boil in a large boiler. 2. Meanwhile, using a clean cloth, make a pouch with the spices inside. 3. Secure the pouch with a rubber band. 4. Drop the pouch into the boiling juice. 5. Turn off unit and steep pouch 7-10 minutes. 6. Remove pouch and serve cider hot.
