Christmas in my family is the same as in most other families here in Brazil. In the 24th of December, we have a little party at my house and dinner with some family members and friends. On that same night, we open all our gifts and presents. There is no special clothing to wear to the party. Then on the 25th we go to someone else’s house for a party and to have lunch. The weather in Brazil during Christmas is hot, but we do not go to the pool or play soccer during the party on the 25th. There is no special clothing for that also. For both the dinner and lunch, there is no special type of food, but sometimes we eat Fettuccine. Some families in Brazil eat a certain type of food but mine doesn’t. That is Christmas in my family and in most families in Brazil.
