My name is Tony I am 16 years old I live in Lebanon, I love my country not because I was borne in it, because it has good traditions, but I want to tell you about one of its Christmas tradition, on 24 December, families visits each others, to spend a long night celebrating, it’s like you are watching a film, out it snows, but not every year, inside home people prepare delicious food, and they drink red win or arak (lebanese tradition drink) and chicken plate (roumi chiken) and the dessert involve a big and lovely “buche de noel”(French cake)…at midnight they go to church to pray wishing for each other a good luck and a merry Christmas …

Children have a big part in this day; they wait for Santa Claus to give them gifts…

If you visit my country especially zahle you will find the joy and you won’t forget it …and you will be amazed by the ornament and the Christmas lights…and most of the best ornament is the Jesus cave that Christian made for it a big important…

I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year ..

From Lebanon -zahle : Tony Francis…
