3 Cups of drained hominy 1 Teaspoon salt 1/4 Cup of corn meal
Put the hominy through a grinder 2 or 3 times, then mix with the salt and corn meal. If necessary, add 2 tablespoons of the liquid from the boiled hominy. Form into an egg-size ball, then roll out paper-thin between sheets of wax paper. Unroll onto a skillet with some oil and fry to a light brown.
