My Christmas Poem

Christmas is a happy time,

when family and friends can play a mime,

or laugh and sing with friends so dear,

it might even bring up a tear.

Christmas is a time for joy,

time to give a child a joyful toy,

time to catch up on old news,

and time to hear some sad blues.

That’s a Christmas for oh so many,

I woudln’t trade it for a shiny penny!
