Pineapple & Sweet Potato Casserole

2 20 oz. cans of cooked Sweet Potatoes or Yams in light syrup 1 15 oz. can of crushed pineapple 1 cup of brown sugar 1 stick margarine 2 tsps. cinnamon 1 bag miniature marshmallows 2 Tbsp. rum
Drain sweet potatoes or yams, and mash with a potato masher or a fork. Set aside. Melt margarine in medium fire. Add brown sugar, and cook stirring until dissolved. Add undrained crushed pineapple, and mashed sweet potatoes, and mix well. Lower fire, then add cinnamon and rum, mix well and cook until bubbly. Pour pineapple-sweet potato mixture into glass baking dish. Arrange a layer of marshmallows on top of it, and bake in pre heated oven until marshmallows are golden, but not melted.
