1 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon syrup 2 teaspoons powered cardamom with top 2 teaspoons powered cinnamon with top 1 egg 1,8 cup + 3 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate (natron)


Margarine, sugar, syrup, cinnamon and cardamom, and mix it. Whip the egg, and put it in the dough. In the end you put the flour and sodium bicarbonate. Knead the dough, roll it to small balls and put them on a roasting pan with baking-paper. Baking-time: 6min. on 200o C
