1/2 cup Chili sauce and ketchup, mixed 3 Tablespoons of horseradish 1 1/2 Tablespoons of lemon juice 2 Tablespoons of ground onion or chopped chives Dash of Tabasco sauce
Serve oysters on the half shell set on a bed of ice, 6 at least per person. They are also nice served on the half shell on a huge brass tray with cocktails. Serve with cocktail sauce.
