3 Eggs 2 Cups of milk 1 Cup of cooked rice 1/2 Cup of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 Tablespoons of grated lemon rind or 3 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoons of vanilla 1 shelled almond
Beat eggs; add the other ingredients. Add flavoring. Insert almond inside the rice mixture. Bake in a buttered 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish at 350° for 40 minutes.
