Santa’s helpers
GiGi Deb

On Dec 1 Santa’s helpers (elves) appear at our houses. Usually only a few appear the first few days. As Christmas approaches the elves come out everywhere. They are here to watch the the children (and grandchildren). The children are sssoooo good because they know that if they misbehave the elf disappears and goes to tell

Santa. Also should one fall or get touched by a child it will disappear. If the elf comes back it will be in a different place…never the same one. We start a new collection as each family starts. These elves are not all plastic, some are fabric, but all are hard to find these days. On Christmas eve, when all good children should be in bed the elves go to help Santa deliver. But should you forget one (since we have 30 or more per house on an average) it is left behind to be sure that the children are good after Santa’s visit. One Aunt has over 100.
