Selamat Hari Krimas!

A customary greeting on Christmas in our national language. Christmas is a wonderful time. But my family and I enjoy Advent, the month that leads to Christmas even more.

I think that Christmas has become so artificial these days. Everyone seems to think that the more expansive the gift , the better you like them. Gone are those days when you people actually take the time to make things for their loved ones.

I hope that anyone reading this will feel moved to do something different this Christmas – calling a lost friend, giving alms to the poor, something to make Christmas, that wonderful time….
