My 4 year old son Brycen has Osteogenisis Imperfecta which is a brittle bone disease. He has already broken 16 bones including his femur bone. On August 2nd we took him to WVU hospital in Morgantown, WV were we found out that the femur bone had not healed correctly and his leg is bowed. Brycen is going to have to have surgery to place a rod inside his femur to straiten his leg, with out this surgery the Doctor said that the pressure from the bow will eventually cause his femur to brake again. We are now in the process of getting him in to see the Doctors at Duke University. This fundraiser is to help us out with the travel expenses and the Doctor bills.
