My daughter, Virginia, has developmental hip dysplasyia in both hips. She is having hip surgery on August 6th. She's only 20 months old and small for her age, she was born premature at 34 weeks. My poor baby is going to be going through this surgery and another on her other hip 6 weeks later. It's alot for such a young child to go through when it could have been fixed as a newborn. There is so much we can't afford for her, like the kind of carseat we need is $500, tons of diapers, and clothes that will fit her over the cast. There is so much more she can use while being immobile for 5 months or more. Any help would be a blessing!
