Prayers and Blessings for Kim
Brantley Cheyenne Myree Fox was born on July 25, 2012 at only 28 weeks gestation at Lubbock UMC via emergency c-section. She weighed 2lbs. 6oz. and is 13 inches long. Momma Kim was released from the hospital yesterday, July 30th but as we all know, Baby Brantley will not be released for some time. Lets praise God for Brantley's health so far! I truly believe that she is doing so well because of all of the prayers that were prayed during those horrible days when we knew that both there lives were in danger and that Brantley would have to be delivered too soon. The following months are going to be extremely challenging for Kim. As all of us know, Kim works hard to provide for herself and her other two children, and has never asked anyone for anything, she is very proud of the fact that she can manage all on her own. I'm sure though that we have all been wondering how is she going to get through all of this with Brantley? There will be lots of time missed from work, outrageous gas bills driving the 2 hrs.from Sweetwater to Lubbock while trying to "be there" for Brantley and trying to be here for her other two children. Lot's of wear and tear on her little car, and not enough money to pay the mortgage much less pay for travel expenses while baby is in the hospital for the next few months. I have read all of the prayers and uplifting support from so many of her friends and family and we are all asking Kim to please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help her. Well there is something we can do to help and Bless Kim, but it's something she would never ask of any of us to do. As one of Kim's closest friends, one of many, I'm asking for us all to donate what we can to help. Can you imagine what a blessing it will be to her if while she is going through all of this, the one thing she doesn't have to worry about is being unable to make a house payment or how to keep her car full of gas? Thank God for Facebook and Friends!
