Ian Ivie is a 34 year old husband and father. When he was 24, Ian lost all kidney function and required dialysis and transplant. Ian's gifted kidney is starting to lose function faster than can be treated. He will need a new transpanted kidney soon. His transplant team is in Los Angeles, CA which is almost 4 hours from home. Visits to his transplant team are becoming more frequent, and quite costly on the family's limited budget.
