This is little JoJo, a 2 yr old chihuahua who had been used as a stud dog at a puppy mill. He is extremely emaciated, his teeth are in deplorable condition, and he is afraid of everything. We can provide the TLC but we need help with his vet expenses and special food and vitamins to bring him back to health. JoJo is an innocent victim of human greed. When people buy a puppy from a flea market or big arena or the newspaper, more dogs like JoJo suffer. Any donation regardless of size will help tremendously. Thank you!
