I have been extremely ill and unable to work since February 2010. I had to leave my life in Hawaiʻi where I worked as a psychologist to be closer to my parents, since I am not able to take care of myself. I have dedicated my life to helping others, but now canʻt even help myself! Iʻve been diagnosed with severe Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and severe migraines (that can last up to 2-3 weeks). Iʻve been denied social security disability twice and had a continuance at my hearing. My private disability insurance paid me for 9 months and then unilaterally told me to go back to work. Funds will be used for food, utilities, and medical costs (premiums and uncovered medications). Iʻd greatly appreciate any assistance. Mahalo!
