Charlotte Rose Ponce is a 10 year old girl who is beginning a series of recontructive surgeries to restore her face. She lost her ear, nose, and parts of her cheekbone and lips as an infant in a raccoon attack. Her first procedure in August will require a week long hospital stay. Her adoptive father injured his shoulder and is on short-term disability, so the family could use much needed support to afford travel expenses for the first phase of surgery.
