Many of you know that I have struggled most of my life with a genetic heart condition (Hypertropic cardiomyopathy with diastolic heart failure). I am now receiving hospice services because I have reached the last leg of this journey. My worst fear is leaving my wife, Kelley, and our 3 kids in a financial bind when I die. My goal is to raise at least $50000 or more so that they will at least be able to break even when that time comes. It is difficult for me to even ask for this kind of help; but at this time, I feel this is the only option I have.
