Good Health for Bonnie & Clyde
Bonnie & Clyde had funds donated to bring them from a kill shelter in TX to ARC in MI. At first we understood their only issue was being overweight. We were told they had been neutered and groomed. When this sibling pair arrived, we found they were not sterilized, they were covered in ticks, they (esp Clyde) had skin and ear infections, Clyde had eye inflammation, and Bonnie's "limp" was actually a hop due to either arthritis or a fractured shoulder, both have severe tarter, and now Clyde is having seizures. This is too much for dogs only 5 years old!. We have started them on diets and some treatments, but others must wait until they lose some weight and can be sedated or anesthetized. ARC has not yet recovered from our last "fixer-upper" (Cowboy with a torn ACL) so are very much in need of every dollar you can throw our way. We will not give up on this adorable pair, but need some help. If you aren't comfortable with PayPal, you may send a donation to our wonderful vet at Laingsburg Animal Hospital, 116 Woodhull Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848. Just put "ARC" or "BOnnie & Clyde" in the memo! Or call in a credit cared to 517-651-9777.
