Our 9 year old son Jayson Brown was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma on April 11, 2012. Although our family has medical coverage the costs that come with taking care of a very sick child have become more than our family can handle on it's own. This will help with paying the deductable, copayments, gas money for getting to an from the hospital and Dr appts, as well as prescription copayments, flights for his medical care in NYC and the medical supplies we have to use on a daily baisis at home to care for Jayson.
