LeeAnn was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 5 years old. As a result of that she recently went into Kidney failure. She is now on dialysis and awaiting a Kidney transplant at age 30. This is going to be very tough on Leeann physically, emotionally and financially. As her friends we would like to try and ease some of the burden for her.
