Brenna Rayanne Flynnborn 8/23/12weight: 6 lb 13 ozheight: 18 in After a picture perfect pregnancy and delivery, Brenna was placed in our arms looking perfectly beautiful and healthy. We only had an hour or so with our baby girl before our world was turned upside down. It was discovered that she needed to go to Syracuse to be evaluated by a Pediatric Cardiologist due to a significant heart murmur. They sent a medical team to transport her to Crouse hospital and there they discovered that Brenna has two major heart defects. She will be going on to Rochester to have life saving heart surgery within the next week. Brenna is now on medication which is keeping her alive until she is able to have the surgery and it has been explained to us that she will be requiring more operations as she grows. She has a long road ahead of her... Our baby girl was born with a broken heart and we are asking for everyone's love and support so we can help her mend.
