Firefighter Kevin Banks graduated rookie school just 2 months ago. In that short time he has proven to be a great asset to the firefighting community with a bright future ahead of him. On September the 14th he had an accident in which his arm was almost amputated at the shoulder. He had surgury to try to save his arm. Doctors gave him a 40% chance of saving the arm. At this point we at Heard County Emergency Services are setting up this account to help raise money to help with hospital expenses and everyday living expenses with his family. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Right now he is in a medically induced coma and on a ventilator. I will post updates as soon as I get them.
