The Sunlake High School Band Boosters non-profit organization is dedicated to supporting the dynamic music programs at Sunlake High School in Land O Lakes, Florida. In times of severe budget cuts for the arts in schools, we rely on the community to support this group of talented students in purchasing the basic necessities like music and supplies for the 2012-2013 school year. Traveling to competitions can be especially difficult; currently, the program relies on borrowing moving trucks from local businesses to transport instruments and equipment. Owning our own trailer will provide more self-sufficiency and visibility in our community.
