Do you carry White Christmas Trees?

Yes. White Christmas Trees, often referred to as Flocked Christmas Trees come in all shapes and sizes. Flock is a fake, snow-like substance that makes any tree look like a perfect snow-covered Christmas tree. Many artificial Christmas trees come pre-flocked or already white to save you the hassle and mess of doing the flocking yourself. We presently have more than 125 varieties of flocked Christmas Trees available from our shipping warehouses.

What size of Christmas tree should I get?

Before you buy an artificial Christmas tree, it is best to determine which room do you want the tree in, and preferably where in the room the tree will go? Are you going to put it in the corner, in an entrance way, or is it going to be grand and noble and be the centerpiece of the entire room? These are all questions that you need to ask before you order a Christmas tree.

The width and height of a Christmas tree are often determined by the space that you have available. You obviously can’t put a 10’ Christmas Tree where you only have the height for an 8’ Christmas Tree. We recommend trees that stop at least 12” from your ceiling height. This provides you enough room for any base or stand (if required) and room on top of your Christmas tree for a topper, be it a star, angel or something else entirely.

As far as the width of the tree goes, there are as many tree widths as spaces available. A standard tree width is determined by the widest point of the tree. Look for the tree diameter when you are ordering. You can order pencil trees, slim, narrow, full, and even upside-down Christmas trees if this is what your space provides.

All Artificial Christmas Trees sold by our Shop.Christmas.com website are subject to our shipping policy found here. We provide free shipping for all Christmas tree purchases greater than $100 to the continental United States. This means that the price you are quoted is the price you pay.

Christmas Tree Return Policy

If you need to return your Christmas Tree, a Return Authorization Label is required for ALL returns. Our complete Return Policy is found here. It is important to note that any non-damaged/non-defective products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 60 days from date of purchase. However, we do not accept returns after December 26th. A restocking fee may be applied.
